To restore a database, you may use DotNetPanel restore tool however it may not work if file size is too large or if the name of database created and the name of database on your local database server is different. In such cases, please follow these steps:

1. Generate a database backup copy (.bak file) on your local computer.

2. Upload it to 'DatabaseBackup' folder under wwwroot folder. (Please create 'DatabaseBackup' folder if it is not created already)

3. Raise a ticket with backup file name, domain name, database name and database username.

As soon as we receive ticket with all these information, we will restore your database manually and will update you.
